The function of the CCS Board is to:

  • Seek God's will for CCS​

  • Establish and foster the vision of CCS

  • Hold title to school property

  • Enter into contracts for services and employment of personnel

  • Establish, review and update school policy and procedures

  • Promote and manage financial resources

  • Exemplify prayer support of the school

Board member spiritual qualifications require that prospective members give testimony of a personal relationship with Christ as their Lord and Savior, are active members of a local protestant/evangelical church, who are judged by current members to have a sincere interest in the success of CCS, and who are in agreement with the Mission, Faith and Philosophy of CCS and who possess gifts and talents that will benefit the school.  Any person interested in becoming a Board member may download the application form below and return a completed application to the school office.   The existing Board acts as the reviewing committee for new members.   After review of applications and an interview process, those desiring to serve on the Board will be required to serve in an advisory capacity for a probationary period of six months before being voted in to become a member with full voting privilege.   Board membership is expected to be a minimum of a one year commitment but terms are not limited.

The Board of Directors for Community Christian School consists of up to nine individuals who serve without compensation. Board members are dedicated to the promotion and success of the school as they seek God's will and vision for the school.  The Board meets at a minimum once a month and as needed.  The Board consists of individuals from the community and the principal who serves in an advisory position.  The current Board of Directors of CCS is as follows:
